By downloading, accessing, or using Vinyl (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may use Vinyl for personal, non-commercial purposes to catalog your vinyl collection. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
Vinyl uses iCloud to sync your collection across devices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining access to your Apple ID.
Vinyl does not collect or store personal data on our servers. Your collection data is stored locally and synced through your iCloud account.
Vinyl may offer optional Premium features. If you purchase a subscription, billing will be handled by Apple via the App Store. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Vinyl the limited right to store and process your content solely to provide the App's functionality.
Vinyl and all related trademarks, logos, and assets are the property of Noah Tovares. You may not use them without permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vinyl does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah Tovares is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date above.
